Residential Care Facility (RCF) refers to licensed homes that provide room, board, and care to residents, including adults with disabilities or seniors.
Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs (STRTP) support youth who require intensive, therapeutic services. These programs are licensed and overseen by the state’s Department of Social Services and often collaborate with county child-welfare agencies.
